My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. Although the room was disappointing, the service and location made up for it. The dining experience was pleasant overall, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The Riad offers an incredible stay with its beautiful and traditional rooms, but there were occasional loud clangs from the metal bed frame. The service was extremely helpful and sweet, making our stay special. The location was amazing, within the Medina and close to everything, though the alleys could be intimidating. The dining experience, while abundant, became monotonous with repetitive bread and pastries. The facilities were top-notch, especially the courtyard surrounded by trees and resident tortoises.

The rooms were incredible, probably the best I've ever stayed in, in a traditional Moroccan style, especially the Royal Suite. The air conditioning provided a welcoming temperature despite the occasional loud clangs from the metal bed frame.
